Ich habe mehrere Studien der Kirchengeschichte gemacht. Ich habe nicht eine eingehende Studie durchgeführt, aber ich denke, bekomme ich den Kern von ihm. Die Fünf Solae, die die grundlegenden Überzeugungen der protestantischen Reformation Zusammenfassend zeichnen sich schon immer für mich. Es gibt Sola Gratia, allein aus Gnade, Sola Fide, allein durch den Glauben, Soli Deo Gloria, für den Ruhm Gottes allein, und Sola Scriptura, nach der Schrift allein. Und dann gibt es Solus Christus, in Christus allein.

"Solus" bedeutet "ausschließlich" oder "allein", so dass die Fünf Solae etwas über unsere eigene, individuelle Reisen. Meine Reise ist anders als die Reise der Person neben mir. Meine Reise ist anders als Ihrer Reise. Wenn Sie an der Fünf Solae freuen, Sie denken, alles in Ordnung, was ist meine Reise? Vielleicht ist es Sola Gratia, oder vielleicht ist es Sola Scriptura. Nur Sie und Gott zu erkennen.
